Pen Llyn Ultra was back again in November, this time for it’s winter edition. Organised, as always by Huw Williams and his team. The winter edition lived up to its name with rain soaking the runners at the start of the race at Pwllheli, whilst in other parts of Wales, snow was causing problems.
Zoe Murphy took the ladies honours in a time of 6 hours 19 minutes over the bumpy 37 miles course.
Gwyn Owen took the overall and mens race in a time of 5 hours and 39 minutes.
Next race in the Pen Llyn Ultra series is the 16th of May 2020 with a new Pilgrims Way 60 Mile race.
