RHAYADER ROUND THE LAKES RACE.

SportpicturesCymru were attending this great race for the third year this year.

All profits from last years race went to the Ukrainian humanitarian effort. This year, following the recent earthquake in Turkey and Syria, we've decided to donate all profits to this very important appeal. 

So, another early morning start with a two and a half hour drive to meet Maggie for the second year. 

We took pictures of the 10K at 4.5 and 5.5kM and then a quick drive to the 13.5 and 17K marks
